  • During check-in and check-out, the app captures a new facial photo.
  • This photo is compared with the user’s stored profile photos to confirm their identity.
  • This process ensures that only the registered user can complete check-in and check-out actions.

Data Security and Retention:

  • Facial data is securely stored on our backend servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel. We do not share this data with any third parties.
  • Facial data is retained only while your profile is active. Once you delete your profile, all associated facial data is permanently removed from our systems.
